Background/Expertise

Maisie joined Ford Sumner Lawyers at the beginning of 2024 as a Law Clerk after completing her Law and Politics degrees in Dunedin/Ōtepoti at the University of Otago. While in Dunedin, Maisie played social netball, was a volunteer consultant, and often frequented St Kilda beach.

Prior to joining the firm, Maisie was employed as a Summer Clerk at a corporate firm in Wellington.

Maisie is currently in the Employment and Litigation team at Ford Sumner Lawyers, involved in all matter of dispute resolution work.

Having returned to her hometown of Wellington, Maisie enjoys going to the gym, and reading something new every week. An avid motorsport fan, she always watches F1 on race weekends.
